Today I will be sharing with you the basic tools to make your ikea furniture assembly become more efficient.
1. The most efficient tool that will not only help prevent you from stripping screws but will also help you drill faster is an impact drill. I like the Milwaukee brand impact driver which you can find can come with just one speed setting on the basic models and 4 speed settings on the more advanced ones. *Please be careful not to over tighten with this drill, because of the added speed it provides you can easily tighten the screw too far.
2. A rubber mallet comes in handy for knocking on the wooden dowels
3. Regarding drill bits, you will need different types of hex head, phillips head and flat heads to be prepared for any type of screw they give you
4. A Box cutter comes in handy for cutting open different boxes
5. Lots of patience is also need and please pay CLOSE attention to the directions and make sure you notice that each piece you are assembling is arranged in the SAME way as the diagram so that your assembly goes smoothly
