    • $120 Hourly rate(sometimes a 2 hour minimum) which includes time for picking up materials for one technician
    • Estimate which would give a general idea for cost of project
    • For clearly defined jobs, we can provide upfront pricing (e.g., replacing a faucet, installing a ceiling fan, or servicing an A/C unit).
    • Diagnostic Fees: For repairs or troubleshooting (especially HVAC or electrical), we charge a standard diagnostic fee
